ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER and PROJECT ARCHITECT- Seeking qualified applicants for both an Architectural Designer and a Project Architect. Both positions require the applicant to be proficient with AutoCAD software and be capable of managing, designing and drafting projects from conceptual through construction. Applicants should be energetic, self motivated, and organized. Preferred applicants should have a minimum of an Associates and/or Bachelors Degree in Architecture. Preferred minimum experience for Architectural Designer should be 4-5 years. Preferred minimum experience for Project Architect should be 5+ years. CAD DRAFTER - Seeking position for CAD Drafting Technicians with experience in both Architectural/Structural drafting of Buildings and Civil/Site drafting of Surveys, Site Plans, Highway and Utility Projects. Qualified applicants should be proficient with Bentley MicroStation. Experience with both Bentley and AutoCAD a plus. Positions require applicants to be organized and proficient with CAD drafting and design software. Experience with 3D Civil modeling, Building rendering and BIM preferred. CIVIL ENGINEER and CIVIL DESIGNER - Seeking position for qualified Civil Engineer and Civil/Site Designer with focus on Military, Site Planning, Roadway, and Utility design. Positions requires applicant to be energetic, self motivated, and organized. Applicant should be experienced with various types of projects, and capable of budgeting, managing, and designing projects from Conceptual through Final Design. Experience with CAD Bentley and/or AutoCAD Civil applications a plus. Preferred applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experience with the requirements above, applicants with an Associates Degree in Engineering and comparable experience will be considered. Preferred Civil Engineer applicants should be NY PE’s. Salary and Benefits will be dependent upon qualifications.
