Civil/Site Drafting Tech

Seeking position for CAD Drafting Tech. with experience in Civil/Site drafting of Surveys, Site Plans, Highway and Utility Projects. Qualified applicants should be proficient with Bentley MicroStation, and/or AutoCAD Civil. Positions require applicants to be organized and proficient with CAD drafting and design software. Experience with 3D Civil modeling, GIS and BIM preferred. Salary and Benefits will be dependent upon qualifications. Civil Designer

Seeking position for qualified Civil Eng. and Civil/Site Designer with focus on Military, Site Planning, Roadway, and Utility design. Applicant should be experienced with various types of projects, and capable of budgeting, managing, and designing projects from Conceptual through Final Design. Experience with CAD Bentley and/or AutoCAD Civil applications a plus. Preferred applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Eng. with a minimum of 3 years of experience with the requirements above, applicants with an Associates Degree in Eng. and comparable experience will be considered. Preferred applicants should have or be eligible for PE within 2 years. Salary and Benefits will be dependent upon qualifications. Marketing Position: 

Opportunity knocks for the marketer who wants to develop his or her own marketing systems and processes from the ground up. A young and growing architecture, engineering, and surveying firm in Northern New York seeks its first marketing professional to assist them in implementing their marketing plan. Responsibilities will include overseeing and managing the marketing and business development activities of the firm.
The successful candidate will work well independently and as a TEAM member, will have strong written and verbal communication skills, and be knowledgeable and experienced in marketing professional services.
A minimum of two-years marketing experience (preferably in the design / construction industry) and Bachelors in marketing or related field required.
