Since its inception, residential work has been vital to the overall success of Aubertine and Currier. For many years, it was the firm’s livelihood, accounting for nearly two-thirds of annual revenues. With the combined experience of our architects, Aubertine and Currier has completed over 400 residential projects since the firm began back in 1999. Mike Aubertine formed an excellent reputation among area contractors for completing a high-quality design that could be built by local contractors. Brian Jones took over leadership of the residential division with a continuation of what Mike started and bringing with him further design experience. We have completed numerous projects from victorian theme to rustic log cabin, arts and crafts to contemporary, small additions to million dollar custom homes. No project is too large or small for our experienced team. Our multi discipline firm offers a unique advantage compared to other residential design firms. It is common for architectural firms to contract out their structural design, site design and surveying services. A benefit to our clients is that we have our own in-house structural and civil engineers, as well as our own land surveying team, which can significantly reduce the overall project timeline and cost. Our company is located in Watertown NY, only 30 miles south of the St. Lawrence River communities of Clayton, Alex Bay, and Cape Vincent. We have completed a number of residential projects in these areas, as well as expanding our services to include projects in the Adirondacks, Long Island, and the Finger Lakes. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our clientele to include residents outside of New York State, and international clients as well.
