Mr. Jones has served as a surveying department manager, a project manager, survey technician, crew chief, instrument and rodman for other surveying firms and contractors. He has also taught fundamental surveying theory, surveying procedures, equipment operation, practical applications of surveying, AutoCAD and Eagle Point at Purdue University. He has completed post-graduate work in GIS, GPS, Data Adjustment, Satellite Geodesy and Photogrammetry. He is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships with various local government agencies, developers, contractors and residential clients. He is responsible for day to day management of all surveying operations including boundary, topographic, utility, construction layout and ALTA/ACSM survey projects. He regularly performs deed, map and title research, traverse adjustments, surveying calculations, drafting of maps, writing of legal descriptions, building of design surfaces for use in construction layout and machine control operations.
