In March 2009, Frontier Housing was awarded a grant for rehabilitation of the Memorial Apartment complex located in Dexter, NY.  Aubertine and Currier Architects, Engineers & Land Surveyors, PLLC was hired by Frontier Housing in January, 2010 to complete the design for the renovation of the six apartment units that comprise the Memorial Apartments.  This design included energy efficient upgrades including new windows, new insulation, new lighting fixtures, and new heating units.  Other improvements included new roofing, kitchen cabinets, new bathrooms, and new flooring.  Construction on the apartments was completed in the fall of 2010, and the grand opening was in October 2010.  These newly renovated apartments will help to house low income families.  Aubertine and Currier was proud to have been a part of this project.
