Key Project:

Town of Webster WRRF Administration Building

Webster, NY

The Town of Webster Water Resource Recovery Facility underwent a significant building improvement project to enhance its operational capabilities and create a modern and functional workspace. Aubertine and Currier provided architectural and structural engineering design services for the 5,700 SF addition and renovation project that supported the fast-paced development of Webster's dairy industry.

Key aspects of the renovation included the creation of 5 large offices, bathroom and locker rooms, a welcoming reception area, entrance vestibule, updated conference room, a large multipurpose room and lab spaces to support the facility's testing and analysis requirements. Additional support spaces included storage rooms, a custodian room, an engineering drafting area, a climate-controlled server room and a mechanical room to house the facility's systems. ADA compliance remained a priority throughout design to ensure an accessible workspace was created.

The Town of Webster Water Resourced Recovery Facility's building addition and renovation project successfully achieved its goals. The new and improved spaces provide an efficient and comfortable working environment for the facility's staff, while incorporating modern amenities and state-of-the-art technology. This project marks a significant step forward in enhancing the facility's functionality and ensuring its continued excellence in water resource recovery operations.
